Description
Build leaders within your current staff so you can save time and money in employee recruitment and retain your outstanding performers. This workshop is ideal for those who need practical guidance, whether they are already in their new role or being prepared for a promotion. Participants will learn the differences between the role of an individual contributor and a front-line supervisor and apply principles for establishing appropriate boundaries. They will also clarify personal values, assess their level of emotional intelligence and make a plan for their own areas for development.
