An Introduction to Wild Mushrooms
Description
An Introduction to Wild Mushrooms with Tavis Lynch. Join us for the opportunity to learn the basics of mushroom foraging! We will discuss how and where mushrooms grow and how to identify safe edibles. We will also cover common poisonous mushrooms and do a quick talk on cooking and preservation. The instructor is a certified mushroom expert by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and owns Tavis’s Mushrooms.
